It establishes curfew periods from 2200 to 0600 Sunday through Thursday and from 2400 to 0600 Friday and Saturday. It requires unaccompanied children and bona fide visitors under 18 to be in quarters, and sets minimum supervision standards for children.
Applies to: It applies to all family members and their guest who have children residing with them or visiting the installation.

During this time all children or bona fide visitors under the age of 18 must be in their quarters or the quarters they are visiting, unless they are accompanied by an adult. (paragraph 2)
Children attending civic events (church, school, etc.) and adult sponsored functions that ends after curfew hours are authorized to go from the function directly to their quarters. (paragraph 3)
Any person in violation of this instruction will be detained, positively identified, and then escorted to their place of residence. (paragraph 4)
Overnight baby-sitters will be at least 16 years of age. (paragraph 5)
