Who must own and maintain PCCIE equipment, including UPS systems?

PCCIE, which includes UPS, is classified as Equipment Authorized Inventory Data (EAID) equipment and must be owned and maintained by the mission owner and not the Base Civil Engineer (BCE). (paragraph 1)

What sizes of UPS systems are covered by the acquisition contract?

The PCCIE office manages a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for online or double conversion; single or three-phase UPS systems sized from 3 to 1100 kilovolt-amperes (kVA) and above (max single-phase size is 17kVA). (paragraph 1)

What must happen when acquiring new or replacement UPS systems?
