Applies to: This instruction provides guidance for vehicle and personnel operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) and Honolulu International Airport (HNL) which is considered part of the Airport Operating Area (AOA).
Any personnel requiring airfield driving privlieges, must comply with requirements established in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 13-213, Airfield Driving, Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 24-306_IP, Manual for the Wheel Vehicle Operator, Chapter 20, and AFI 91-203, Aircraft Airfield Ground Operations and Activities, Section 23 and 24 and procedures established in this instruction.
All recommended changes and questions about this publication, will be sent to the Wing Airfield Driving Program Manager for review and approval. (paragraph 3)
Ensure that all records created as a result of the processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with the Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://www.my.af.mil/afrims/afrims/afrims/rims.cfm.
