Section Chiefs will ensure all personnel within their respective work centers comply.
Plans will be developed and implemented to minimize risk of accidental injury to personnel and/or damage to equipment.
When the temperature is 32°F or below, or if the wind chill is 25°F or below, band support will be modified to provide an appropriate musical ensemble to render musical honors for outdoor ceremonies.
HC-A should consider adjusting committal length to approximately 3–5 minutes when extreme weather conditions dictate.
