Reduce the incidences of injury and illness caused by hazardous chemicals in the work place. (paragraph 1-3)
Hearing protection is required for all personnel working in and around the vehicle while the engine is running. (paragraph 8)
Ensure all backing is conducted at a speed of 5 mph or less. (paragraph 7)
Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. To avoid serious injury or death, keep fuel away from open fire and keep a fire extinguisher within easy reach when working with fuel. (paragraph 1-5)
Do not put the vehicle in motion until the low air pressure warning light goes out and the alarm (buzzer) stops sounding. Air pressure gauges should indicate at least 90 psi. (paragraph 2-2)
