PAM 210-9 covers claims processing, data collection, data reporting, and accounting for laundry and dry cleaning operations. It requires facilities to collect operating data, submit quarterly reports, and account for payments and deposits.

Separate accounting, abstracting, and summarizing the workload will be done for each type and category of work processed (i.e., laundry or dry cleaning, reimbursable or nonreimbursable). (paragraph 2-1)
The data collected per paragraph 14b (1) will be consolidated into a report covering the quarters ending 31 December, 31 March, 30 June, and 30 September.
The report will be sent no later than the 15th calendar day after the close of the quarter to the major command (MACOM) staff activity having jurisdiction over the operation of the Army installation L&DC facility.
Only personal checks in amounts not to exceed laundry or dry cleaning charges and instruments made payable to the Treasurer of the United States will be accepted. (paragraph 2-3)
All monies, except those authorized for retention in charge funds, will be deposited daily or at least weekly. (paragraph 2-4)
