The basis of allocation for the FRSD is one (1) per Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), one (1) per Committed Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) (not including IBCT Airborne), and one (1) per BCT assigned to a theater conducting stability and reconstruction operations. (paragraph 1-12)
