What kinds of projects does CERP enable commanders to support?
CERP enables local commanders during contingency operations to respond with a nonlethal weapon to urgent, small-scale, humanitarian relief, and reconstruction projects and services that immediately assist the indigenous population within their area of responsibility. (paragraph 1-1)
