Army artifacts may be initially loaned for a period of up to 5 years. (paragraph 4)
CMH will control all loans of Army artifacts, including art, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2572(d). (paragraph 4)
Donations will be conditional unless the item is valued at less than $10,000; is not a munitions list item/strategic-list item/commerce-controlled list item; and is not currently required, or projected to be in the future, by the Army. (paragraph 4)
