Current authorized overseas enlistment locations are Germany, South Korea, or Japan. (paragraph 4)
All requests for changes to a Service member's HOR due to a bona fide error or break in service as outlined in reference le will be submitted as a personnel action request through the self-service application in the Army's Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A). (paragraph 4)
The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) is the proponent for this pol icy. (paragraph 5)
Where this directive conflicts with any other Army policy or procedural guidance, this directive is controlling-including, but not limited to, the definition of HOR in Army Regulation (AR) 135-133, paragraph 4-2, and other references listed in the enclosure. (paragraph 5)
