TAs must be military or civilian employees with a minimum grade of CPT or GS-12. (paragraph 3)

Successfully complete, within 30 days of appointment, the Records Management Training Course and Privacy Act Training in the Army Learning Enclosure 2 Management System and provide certificates of completion of the training to the Appointing Official. (paragraph 3)
