AR 710-1 covers secondary items, major items, conventional ammunition, Army Prepositioned Stocks, and major item distribution. It includes requirements for stockage, retention, inventory analysis, sustainment, and data interchange.
For initial stockage, engines and reparable modules will be limited to 5 percent of total end-item density. (paragraph 3-23)
