All Army organizations will develop an EEO Program which satisfies the requirements of the Model EEO Program (see para 17). (paragraph 1-4)
Army human capital programs, policies, practices, and procedures will be evaluated annually to ascertain whether they have any barriers that tend to limit or restrict equitable opportunities for open competition in the workplace.
EEO related data that is linked to a particular individual, including individual Standard Form (SF) 181 (Ethnicity and Race Identification (ERI)), disability and medical data, is Privacy Act protected. (paragraph 7-15)
The Army Equal Employment Opportunity Program Manager is the approving authority for granting access to data systems that collect, store, manage, or display ERI, EEO Complaint information, or disability data. (paragraph 7-15)
The Army will ensure that employees and members of the public with disabilities have access to information and data comparable to that of persons without disabilities when developing, procuring, maintaining, or using electronic and information technology, unless it is an undue burden to do so. (paragraph 7-15)
