How quickly must a Flag be initiated or removed?
The Flag will be initiated within 3 working days after identification of the Soldiers circumstances requiring imposition of a Flag and removed within 3 working days after determination that the Soldier no longer has circumstances requiring a Flag. (paragraph 2-1)
How often must active Flag cases be reviewed?
Active Flag cases will be reviewed at least monthly. (paragraph 1-10)
Is initiating a Flag mandatory when the commander identifies a qualifying condition?
Initiation of a Flag under such conditions is mandatory. (paragraph 2-2)
