AR 600-8-101 governs military personnel readiness processing for in-processing, out-processing, SRP, mobilization, deployment, and redeployment.

Applies to: This regulation is binding on all communities involved in the personnel readiness business.
Level 1 SRP will be completed for all in-processing Soldiers. (paragraph 1-5)
A Soldier is not deployable until all nondeployable conditions are resolved. (paragraph 5-4)
Soldiers will complete Level 1 SRP, with the same rigor as during in-processing or other SRPs (annual and deployment) prior to departure. (paragraph 1-4)
Units will undergo SRP at designated points in the SR process units will undergo initial SRP, level 1 and level 2 (see below), 180 days prior to latest arrival date (LAD) (LAD 180) or 30 days prior to the collective training exercise (CTE 30), whichever is earlier. (paragraph 4-1)
All mobilized RC Soldiers will be informed about their reemployment rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (see also Title 38, United States Code, Chapter 43 (38 USC Chapter 43)) to the Guard and Reserve Program. (paragraph 6)
