AR 525-28 covers personnel recovery education and training, the Code of Conduct, reintegration, and Personnel Recovery Information Management. It requires planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of personnel recovery within the scope of Army capabilities, including training and information requirements.
The DCS, G3/5/7 will a. Serve as the OPR for the Armys PR Program. (paragraph 2-5)
Commanders shall maintain records in the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) indicating the level of COC training completed by each person in their unit and the date completed. (paragraph 4-3)
All Soldiers shall receive COC Level A training during Initial Military Training and on an annual basis. (paragraph 4-3)
Commanders shall ensure that Soldiers and Army civilians under their command are trained in all aspects of PR to include both actions as IP and as a recovery force or staff. (paragraph 4-3)
Completed ISOPREPs are classified as confidential and must be properly secured. (paragraph 6-1)
