Only operation and maintenance (O&M) funds can be used for maintenance or repair projects. (paragraph 1)
What must an O&M-funded MILCON project include?
The project must be a single undertaking on a military installation and include all construction necessary to produce a complete and usable facility or a complete and usable improvement to an existing facility.
What project costs are prohibited from being split?
