All CUSR data submitted by reporting units and organizations will be submitted electronically in the format generated by the unit-reporting application. (paragraph 2-24)
The three metrics are: total deployable personnel strength, assigned military occupational specialty skills match, and the deployable senior grade composite level. (paragraph 8)
PCTEF reporting is required no later than 90 days prior to unit deployment, or on receipt of an execute order. (paragraph 8)
For Army processes, a UIC is not valid for operational use in any Army system until it is properly registered. (paragraph 7-1)
Personnel must have a valid need to know and hold the appropriate level of security clearance. (paragraph 9-1)
