How many voting members must the Board have?
The Board will consist of at least three voting members appointed by the CG, USAHRC (AHRCPDR). (paragraph 8)
What grades must military and civilian Board members hold?
Military members must be in grades O4 (major) for officers and E8 for enlisted (master sergeant or higher). Civilians must be full-time employees in the grade of general schedule-11 or higher. (paragraph 8)
