What is required before a student can enroll as an SROTC cadet?
To be eligible for enrollment as a cadet in the SROTC program, a student must complete a cadet application and enrollment record and meet the requirements in paragraphs 4 2 through 4 8. (paragraph 4-1)

Students must be citizens of the United States (except as provided in para 36) and provide a valid birth certificate (bearing either a raised seal or a stamped seal from the appropriate state or federal agency attesting to its authenticity) to the PMS for citizenship verification. (paragraph 8)
When does a contracted cadet become entitled to a subsistence allowance?

How long can a scholarship cadet receive a subsistence allowance during basic course enrollment?
